30 Billion Dollars Sink in the Sea


Rp 30 billion of money belonging to the Bank Sulselbar who also drowned because of KM Lestari Maju ferry ship in the waters of Selayar, South Sulawesi, Tuesday (3/7/2018), has been secured.

According to the Secretary of the Managing Director of Bank Sulselbar Syarif said that Rp 30 billion was successfully evacuated from KM Lestari Maju ship which was grounded before drowning. The money was successfully evacuated from the water in a state intact without any damage.

"Last night, Tuesday (3/7/2018) at around 23:00 pm, Ro 30 billion intact money has been evacuated. The money is not in a safe condition and not damaged because it is still wrapped in plastic and sacks and is in the car, "he said.

Syarif revealed, the money Rp 30 billion has been used in Selayar District for payment of the salary to the 13 civil servants. "This morning was used and distributed for the salary of the 13 civil servants. So no problem. Money Rp 30 billion and the car carrying the money has been evacuated and no problem anymore, "he added.

Previously reported, the ferry boats KM Lestari Maju who ran aground and oleng while serving crossings from the Port of Bira, Bulukumba District to Pamatata Harbor, Selayar regency, South Sulawesi, Tuesday (3/7/2018) afternoon, also brought money Rp 30 billion owned Bank Sulsebar .

In addition, the ship also mentioned carrying 139 passengers, 14 private cars, 6 units of buses or trucks, and 8 units of motorcycles.
